Hot topic: I make my own...
I thought we could start a thread where if you make your own whatever, you could post it here and give opinions on how it works (or doesn't if it is something you're just trying out!) and maybe give the "math" also.  (i.e. I usually make my own brownie mix, but sometimes if its on sale .99 and I have a .50 coupon doubled...can't beat that!)  Maybe your best freezer recipes for prepared foods, etc...
